Background workflows differ from interactive form editing. They use supported business tools and configured permissions rather than opening an unattended workspace. Review notifications and results, especially for financial or tax-sensitive actions. Bank automation also has an account-level control: connecting an account is not the same as enabling automatic posting for it.
