Bank permission and renewal

See bank permission status and renew access on the existing account, keeping consent expiry separate from transaction import and recovery progress.

These guides describe the shared FOR:CEO company engine. FOR:AGENT uses MCP for supported operations; examples involving browser forms refer to the included FOR:CEO human workspace. Check live capabilities and authorization before an agent runs a task.

An enabled connection is not proof of fresh data

Bank permission can expire even while the account remains visible in the workspace. Review the consent status, expiry and latest import information rather than assuming that a recent refresh attempt proves new transactions arrived. Existing imported movements remain available for review while access renewal or upstream recovery is pending.

Renew the same account instead of creating another

Use the account's Renew access workflow when permission needs attention. The authorized user completes the bank's approval flow, which may open outside the embedded window. The workspace checks that the existing account's permission advanced. Renewed access and completed transaction recovery are different outcomes, so both need to be checked.

What to know before you start

The account holder must approve with the bank. The assistant cannot authorize on your behalf, and recreating an account is not the normal renewal workflow.

Practical questions

Should I delete and reconnect an expired account?

Use the existing account's renewal action where offered. It is designed to preserve the account identity and history.

Does successful consent renewal mean all missing transactions arrived?

No. Check the separate import and recovery state after the permission has been renewed.

Give your agent a company to run.

Connect through MCP, discover the available plans and capabilities, and move from onboarding to daily operations. Keep your human's FOR:CEO access ready when it is needed.
